Cobb Salad

I have always liked ordering cobb salad when we go out to eat so I thought I would try it at home. For this one I used arugala as the greens which was very good. On top we have avacado, bacon, chicken, blue cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms. I researched a good dressing for it and I found this traditional dressing from supposedly the original cobb salad.

1/4 cup red wine
1/4 t sugar
1 T lemon juice
3/4 t pepper
3/4 t worchestershire sauce
1/4 t dry mustard
1 small garlic clove minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4-1/2 cup vegetable oil

Nice! I like it! I liked the salad too. I used 1/2 cup oil and 1/4 cup olive oil by the way.
